Core responsibilities

  • Financial management:
    • Creating the annual budget and managing finances. 
    • Collecting monthly dues and handling special assessments. 
    • Maintaining financial records and providing reports to the board.
  • Maintenance and operations:
    • Coordinating the maintenance, repair, and replacement of common areas like pools, lobbies, and landscaping. 
    • Conducting regular property inspections. 
    • Managing vendors and contractors for services like landscaping, security, and repairs. 
  • Administration and communication:
    • Organizing and facilitating board and community meetings. 
    • Enforcing community rules and regulations. 
    • Serving as a point of contact for residents, handling complaints and disputes between neighbors. 
    • Maintaining open and transparent communication channels with residents.
